Return & Refund Policy

At RBM WORKS, we take pride in the quality and precision of every product we make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.


Right of Return (EU 14-Day Rule)

You have the right to return any non-custom product within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked — as long as:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging is included

  • The product has not been installed or modified

To start a return, email us at info@rbmworks.com with your order number and reason for return (optional).


Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we are not liable for items lost in transit.

  • Once a return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days. Returns shipped after this 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days

  • Refunds go to the original payment method

We do not refund:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Products damaged due to improper packaging during return

  • Used, installed, or modified parts


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom parts made to order

  • Discounted or final sale items

  • Products returned beyond the 14-day window


Damaged or Defective?

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number

  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost
