Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit my exact bike?
Each product page lists confirmed fitment by model and year. We validate every component on the actual bike before release — if your bike is listed, it fits without modification.
Does it work with aftermarket parts (Brembo RCS, aftermarket levers, etc.)?
Most RBM parts are dimensioned to OEM specifications. For specific aftermarket master cylinders, levers, or modified bodywork, message us before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility.
How do I identify my Brembo master cylinder?
The model is laser-etched on the side of the master cylinder body — typically PS 11 on Aprilia and mid-range Ducati platforms, PS 13 on premium Ducati. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll confirm.
My bike has non-standard modifications. Will it still fit?
Contact us with your year, model, and any non-OEM changes before ordering. We'll cross-check against our fitment data and let you know.
Do RBM parts require professional installation?
Most components are direct-fit and can be installed at home with basic tools. Larger components — fairings, fuel tank covers — we recommend installing with a second pair of hands or at a workshop.
How are RBM parts attached?
Attachment varies by part. Some bolt on using OEM hardware, others use industrial-grade 3M VHB adhesive. Each product page specifies the method and what's included in the box.
Do you provide installation guides?
Yes. Written guides for every product are available at rbmworks.com/pages/installation-guides. Larger components include video walkthroughs.
How long does installation take?
Small components (covers, caps, lever inserts): 5–15 minutes. Mid-size components (heel guards, tank covers): 30–60 minutes. Full bodywork: bike-dependent.
What material do you use?
Aerospace-grade carbon fiber, finished with a UV-resistant clear coat. Available in 1×1 Plain, 2×2 Twill, and Forged weaves, in Matte or Gloss finish.
What's the difference between the weaves?
1×1 Plain: tight, uniform crosshatch — clean and technical. 2×2 Twill: the classic diagonal carbon pattern. Forged: chopped fiber finish with a marbled, non-directional appearance.
Will the carbon fade or yellow in sunlight?
Every RBM component is finished with a UV-resistant clear coat to prevent yellowing and fading. Under normal use, the finish holds its appearance for years.
How do I care for RBM parts?
Standard motorcycle detailing products are safe — pH-neutral wash, microfiber cloth, no aggressive solvents or polishing compounds. Avoid pressure-washing directly at attachment points.
When do you ship?
Orders ship every Monday and Thursday. Tracking is sent by email at dispatch.
How long does shipping take?
EU: 3–5 business days. International: 5–8 business days. EU shipping is free; international rates are calculated at checkout.
What about international duties and customs?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties or VAT. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in original packaging. The buyer covers return shipping. Contact info@rbmworks.com before sending anything back.
What if my part arrives damaged?
Inspect every package on arrival. If you find shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number — we'll resolve it immediately.
Is there a warranty?
Every RBM part is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. UV clear coat fading and peeling are covered under the same warranty.
What's not covered?
Damage from improper installation, crashes, or normal wear isn't covered. Carbon fiber is strong but not unbreakable — handle with care during installation.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email info@rbmworks.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We respond within 1–2 business days.
